Are you running elasticsearch as docker image? If yes, are using the latest elasticsearch docker images? When I checked https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-docker/blob/master/.tedi/tedi.yml It uses

jdk_url: https://download.java.net/java/GA/jdk11/13/GPL/openjdk-11.0.1_linux-x64_bin.tar.gz

So it should not be a problem.
